On May 31, 2022, in the hall "Entrepreneurial Education Center in Tajikistan" at the State Unitary Enterprise "Tajinvest", the first part of the master class began with the associate professor of the Department of Human Resource Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, candidate of political sciences; Leading specialist in the areas of "Personnel Management", "Rhetoric", "Project Management" Ergasheva Fariza Mamadievna. This master class was held on June 31 and 01, 2022 at the "Business Training Center in Tajikistan".

                The purpose of the master class is to improve the skills of private sector employees in the field of "Human Resource Management".

             Modules of training courses not only increase the level of knowledge of specialists, but also allow them to become highly qualified specialists in the future and work in the field of Human Resource Management (HR).
