This master class was held on February 23 and 24, 2022 at the Center for Entrepreneurial Education in Tajikistan under the State Unitary Enterprise Tojinvest.

The purpose of this master class is to improve the skills of private sector employees in the field of personnel management.

Modules of training courses not only increase the level of knowledge of specialists, but also allow them to become highly qualified specialists in the future and work in the field of effective management and placement of employees.
