A press conference was held on the results of the Committee’s activities in 2018  the conference hall of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan on February 12, 2019, with the participation of the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Hamralizoda Farrukh Mahmud, the Committee’s Vice-Chairmens, heads of departments and the institutions of the Committee’s system and representatives of the country's media.

Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Farrukh Hamralizoda provided journalists with short information on the results of the Committee’s activities in 2018, including state investment projects, state support for entrepreneurship, attraction of direct investments, legislation in the field of investment and entrepreneurship, management of state property, order licensing and implementation of government programs.

In particular, it was noted that the Committee carried out its activities in 2018 in order to fulfill the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, the decision of the Government of the country, instructions of the Executive Office of the Republic of Tajikistan and regulatory acts to improve the investment climate, state property management and state support for entrepreneurship in the field of entrepreneurship development, and a lot has been done in the field of entrepreneurship development, the presentation of investment opportunities, increasing knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs, and the production of import-substituting goods.

Then, the Chairman of the Committee, deputy chairmen, the head of the main department, heads of the departments and the institution of the Committee system gave specific answers to journalists' questions about the committee’s activities, including attracting investment, business and property management.

In addition, during a press conference there was an open discussion on the fulfillment of the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, goals and objectives, which were noted in the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in Majlisi Oli, position of the Republic of Tajikistan in the ranking Doing business and implementation of public investment projects.
