On 19th of March 2019, according to the order of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon during the visit of the President of the Republic of Tatartstan to the Republic of Tajikistan, Tajikistan and Tatarstan Entrepreneurs Form was carried in the State Enterprise “National Library of Tajikistan” with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan and President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Entrepreneurs Form started with an opening speech of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Qohir Rasulzoda and President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mr. Rustam Minnihanov and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Tajikistan Mr.Igor Lyakin.

It was noted that the bilateral entrepreneurs forum was carried out for the first time with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan to open possibilities for broad cooperation between entrepreneurs and investors and establishing mutually beneficial economic relations between Tajikistan and Tatarstan.

In the Forum, the Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Farrukh Hamralizoda gave a speak on investment opportunities in Tajikistan, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mr.Albert Karimov spoke on commercial and economic opportunities of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Zarobiddin Fayzullozoda, Chairman of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan and representative of OJSC “KAMAZ” also gave presentation in the Forum on the areas of cooperation.

The event was attended by more than 300 companies and enterprises of various economic and trade activities of Tajikistan and Tatarstan, including the producers of textiles, engineering, construction and architecture, transport and communication, technical, agricultural, health, financial and tourism services, heads of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade , industry and new technologies, foreign affairs, energy and water resources, agriculture, State Committee on Investments and State Property Management, Tax Committee and Customs Service, Committee for Development Tourism, State Unitary Enterprise "SUE", "Tajik Aluminum Company", SUE "Tojinvest", Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other state and business enterprises as well as representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Then, the bilateral meeting of business circles of Tajikistan and Tatarstan, "Business to Business (B2B) and Business-to-government” (B2G) was carried out where the issues of trade and cooperation were discussed between the representatives of the private sector.
