On May 19, 2018, was held a meeting between the General Director of SUE "Tajinvest", Head of the Trade and Fossil Chamber of Afghanistan Mr. Abdul Samad Saydi and the President of Ghawsi Brothers Marble Stone Co. Mr. Alhaj Toryalai Gafsi.

Within the framework of this meeting, were considered issues of development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Afghanistan, strengthening of relations between SUE "Tajinvest", Trade and Fossil Chamber of Afghanistan and Ghawsi Brothers Marble Stone Co.

It should be noted that Abdul Samad Saidi and Alhaj Toryalai Gafsi were invited to the Business Forum of Tajikistan and Belarus with the participation of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan business representatives, but because of difficulties of obtaining a visa they could not take part.

Head of the Trade and Fossil Chamber of Afghanistan Mr. Abdul Samad Saydi expressed interest in establishing tripartite cooperation between SUE "Tajinvest", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belarus and the Chamber of Industry and Mines of Afghanistan. In this regard, he expressed his willingness to sign the Memorandum of Understanding.

During this meeting, the President of Ghawsi Brothers Marble Stone Co. Alhaj Toryalai Gafsi expressed his wish to cooperate with the SUE “Tajinvest” in the field of mining.
